I carefully test and select green coffee beans from suppliers that value sustainable, environmentally careful farming practices, provide a fair wage for the coffee producers, and offer fantastic tasting coffee beans. Then I roast the beans in the converted BBQ grill in my barn, roasted to perfection. I chose to invest in high quality coffee beans instead of expensive roasters and or rented production space, meaning your money goes into top quality beans instead of overhead costs.
