Dark Sky

Doney Coffee is roasted outside Flagstaff, the first International Dark Sky City, where we love to gaze at the stars, even if it means braving a cold breeze. This coffee is for those of us who enjoy a fresh cup of smooth, semi-sweet chocolate coffee, with a bit of delicious darkness.
 
The Dark Sky Roast consists of 100% USDA Organic certified Honduras coffee from the Comayagua region in the mountains in the middle of the country. Roasted just into 2nd crack brings the flavor to a semisweet chocolate with a little bite at the beginning and a hint of spice or hazelnut with a body between clean and smooth. Try it with a French Press, cold brew, or regular drip coffee maker. The flavor is strong enough to not be overwhelmed by adding milk, but is smooth enough to drink neat. 
 
Doney Coffee is sourced from sustainable sources around the world and rigorously tested (by me, I love coffee). Roasted every Monday morning. Available for mailed orders, local delivery, and free pickup from the roastery.
