Unpretentious, smooth daily drinking coffee. This is the perfect coffee for when you wake up and would rather have a warm handshake, a hug, or just enjoy a few minutes of peace and quiet. 
 
USDA Organic certified coffee from a small farm co-op in Kulatik, in the Tenejapa municipality within Chiapas, Mexico, roasted Medium. This particular coffee bean provides the smoothest coffee that I have ever enjoyed - and I have enjoyed a lot of coffee! The cup truly shines in the body, mouthfeel, and aftertaste, giving a true COFFEE experience. As it cools, you might detect some milk chocolate, sugar cane, and mild lemon flavors. You will enjoy this coffee in any brewing method from espresso to pourover. It might be my all time favorite coffee!
