Unpretentious, smooth daily drinking coffee. This is the perfect coffee for when you wake up and would rather have a warm handshake, a hug, or just enjoy a few minutes of peace and quiet. 
 
Whole bean coffee, Nicaragua, Rainforest Alliance & Fair Trade Certified, roasted Medium (Full City +). This origin won my blind taste test, supplanting the prior Mexican Chiapas and 4 other promising contenders. It has an excellent body with primary flavors of smooth chocolate and honey. It has a mild acidity, and you might pick up some subtle apple or raisin flavors if you use a pourover. Along with the outstanding flavor profile, it is also Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade Certified, making this coffee a worthy choice for Friendly Neighbor.
