In this blend I add natural, hand-harvested piñons locally sourced in New Mexico to the Dark Sky coffee beans. I roast the piñons while still in their shells and blend it with the Organic coffee beans to add a truly unique creamy nuttiness. Piñons have only been available once every few years, so try it while it's available!
Note: We love our forests here in Flagstaff (and what forest is left in Doney Park after the fires), and I want to do my part to help them grow and be healthy. So I'll be setting aside some of the piñon nuts to plant and grow.
