In this blend I add some natural, hand-harvested piñons locally sourced in New Mexico to the Dark Sky  coffee beans. The piñons are roasted while still in their shells and blended with the Dark Sky coffee beans to add a truly unique creamy nuttiness. Piñons are expensive and have only been available once every few years, so try it while it's available!
 
Note: We love our forests here in Flagstaff (and what forest is left in Doney Park after the fires), and I want to do my part to help them grow and be healthy. So I'll be setting aside some of the piñon nuts to plant and grow into trees.
