The light roasted Summer Rain coffee is smooth, complex, and full of interesting flavors. Wake up and enjoy your cool summer morning with a chemex, or serve it on ice for a refreshing break from the hot summer days, like the Northern Arizona monsoons.
 
Whole bean coffee, Uganda, roasted Light (City+). This Organic, honey-processed coffee is smooth and sweet. It has some floral notes to go with the typical East African spice, but also has a touch of nuttiness as I roast it just a touch past first crack. It's a well rounded, exotic coffee that makes a fantastic coffee as the weather warms up. This Uganda crop has already sold out from my supplier, so enjoy it while you can!
