Tour Guide
Join us on a world tour, where we explore different coffee origins from around the world! I personally select specialty or premium coffees that are exotic, interesting, or exceptionally good tasting. The roast will typically be on the light side, to highlight the complex flavors. Tour Guide coffee is purchased in smaller batches, so we can explore a different coffee every month or so.
This summer, we are heading to the South Pacific to try some coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. This crop from the local Monpi Coffee exporter is sweet and fruit-forward. But I plan to roast it into medium to moderate the fruit and citrus while bringing out a malty and milk chocolate flavor to make a clean and balanced cup.
