Tour Guide

Join us on a world tour, where we explore different coffee origins from around the world! I personally select specialty or premium coffees that are exotic, interesting, or exceptionally good tasting. The roast will typically be on the light side, to highlight the complex flavors. Tour Guide coffee is purchased in smaller batches, so we can explore a different coffee every month or so.
 
Our 2026 tour starts in East Africa, where coffee trees first laid their roots. This highly scored (SCA 87.5), natural processed coffee is grown on the slopes of old volcanoes in the Guji region of Ethiopia. It has a bright, clean flavor with some really nice tropical fruit and floral notes to it. There is a hint of the classic East African spice, but the other flavors are the real highlights. Enjoy!
 
Doney Coffee is sourced from sustainable sources around the world and rigorously tested (by me, I love coffee). Roasted every Monday morning. Available for mailed orders, local delivery, and free pickup from the roastery.
