Tour Guide

Join us on a world tour, where we explore different coffee origins from around the world! I personally select specialty or premium coffees that are exotic, interesting, or exceptionally good tasting. The roast will typically be on the light side, to highlight the complex flavors. Tour Guide coffee is purchased in smaller batches, so we can explore a different coffee every month or so.
 
It is between harvest seasons in South America, but I was able to source this excellent Colombia Nariño coffee. It tastes lighter than it looks, with a clean citrus acidity backed up by a hint of floral and sweet fruit. Historically, Colombian beans tend to be solid but not particularly interesting, but recently farms such as this one in Buesaco have been adjusting their growing and especially processing methods to bring out exceptional coffee like this.
