Tour Guide
Join us on a world tour, where we explore different coffee origins from around the world! I personally select specialty or premium coffees that are exotic, interesting, or exceptionally good tasting. The roast will typically be on the light side, to highlight the complex flavors. Tour Guide coffee is purchased in smaller batches, so we can explore a different coffee every month or so.
Our Tour continues in Central America, the northern border of Nicaragua. This batch of coffee comes from Finca La Bastilla in Jinotega, where the coffee farmers have used an anaerobic (oxygen-free) process method. The result is a clean, bright cup of coffee with some fun tropical fruit flavors and floral aromatics. I highly recommend using a pourover to get the best, most exotic flavors, or use it for a refreshing cold brew as summer approaches.
Doney Coffee is sourced from sustainable sources around the world and rigorously tested (by me, I love coffee). Roasted every Monday morning. Available for mailed orders, local delivery, and free pickup from the roastery.
